Course Description
This course provides students with an advanced level of Arabic language skills to help students engage with media content in newspapers, TV, Radio, Advertising and Public relations. Students will learn how to use their language skills in researching, analysing and interpreting local and international media content, and how to apply knowledge of Arabic language to debates, discussions and presentations with focus on improving both writing and speaking skills. Students will also learn the fundamental principles of translation, techniques of referencing and glossary writing in Arabic.
